Sacajawea, who helped guide the Lewis & Clark expedition, is still a "living" figure in America, particularly in places in which the explorers traveled. Here she is remembered in Oregon, on the Pacific Coast, the western end of the expedition's journey.
(from Gone West)

Sacajawea and her baby, nicknamed "Pompey" by William Clark, who served as her physician when Sacajawea gave birth. The last sight of Sacajawea that Lewis & Clark saw as they returned east was their friend waving on the banks of the Missouri River while holding her baby aloft. (Gone West)

This little angel comes to us from the Morey family. Her name is Cinnabon and yes, she is a REAL hedgehog! ( Tell Me A Story, "The Hare and the Hedgehog" )
